百分之百再生能源建置積木

《全球100% 再生能源運動》(RE 100%)，主要在整合世界各地已在執行但零散的再生能源項目，建立全球性第一個100% 再生能源陣線。
該運動目標在向世人證明100% 再生能源的達成，不但是可行的，也是面對未來時必要的解決途徑。

ICLEI 與世界未來委員會共同開發了「100% 再生能源建置積木」(100% RE Building Blocks)。這套工具的產生即是希望能集結一普世且全面性的行動指南與評估項目，藉由模塊拼圖與積木堆疊的方式，建立一個具有共通框架語言的模組，幫助各城市加速執行達成100% 再生能源的步驟；同時也期望能讓各使用者在使用過程中，透過溝通、資源盤點、目標與成果評估等，進一步克服政治、文化與社會差距。值得一提的是，此模版並不限只能用於能源轉型上，其他部門如廢棄物、水資源、交通、食品等，都能從此跨部門的模版中獲益。另外，為了確保執行上的地方相容性，此工具也可依據地方條件與特色進行適度調整，以適用於各層級的治理。
