生態交通及生態物流

雖然台灣各城市的大眾運輸工具與建設的數量和使用人數持續增加，但相較之下，方便的私人運具的數量依舊懸殊，大量的汽機車不只造成空氣汙染、高碳排放量，亦造成交通堵塞、大大降低了運輸效率，耗費時間，運具所排放的汙染長期亦會損害環境與人體健康。因此ICLEI以「生態交通 (EcoMobility)」一詞帶動各項倡議，並視為能力建構重點項目。生態交通的主軸為透過綜合性、社會包容、友善環境與低排放的交通選項(如：步行和自行車等)，同時涵蓋共享運輸(共乘)與公共運輸的整合式解決方案。再者，ICLEI每三年於不同城市舉行為期一個月的生態交通全球盛典 (EcoMobility World Festivals)，示範城市在選訂社區中，居民透過不依賴私人運具，以對環境友善的交通模式正常生活，展示具前瞻性的生活風格與城市永續交通文化的創造，亦呈現出不同舉辦城市的治理方式與解決方案。

為更完整地推動此倡議，ICLEI設專案團隊進行全球各地計畫與專案推行，例如國際性的大會、使用評估工具與提出新的相關專案等，如2017-2021 的生態物流 (EcoLogistics)，即在探討有關城市運輸的議題，城市運輸代價為高排放與對人民健康的危害，其廣泛包含從廢棄物收集車到工程車或商業相關的運輸卡車等，而這些高排放問題多在運輸的起始與結束階段，即運具在城市內或周圍之時，因此，生態物流專案便是為連結城市、專家、企業及國際組織網絡，帶動永續城市運輸的發展。

Associate Partnership is available to non-governmental organizations, universities, state and national government agencies and not-for-profit research institutions. The purpose of Associate Partnership is to facilitate dialogues between local governments and these partners, to provide knowledge transfer in line with ICLEI's Mission and Charter, and an avenue for which partners can support ICLEI's work and mandate.
